Tropical virgin pina colada recipe with fresh pineapple and coconut cream. Perfect family-friendly drink that captures authentic tropical flavors without alcohol.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
2 cups ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add pineapple chunks, coconut cream, and pineapple juice to high-powered blender
2. Pour in coconut milk, lime juice, and honey
3. Add vanilla extract and half the ice cubes
4. Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth
5. Add remaining ice and pulse until desired consistency is reached
6. Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if needed
7. Pour into hurricane glasses or large wine glasses
8. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and coconut flakes
9. Serve immediately with wide straws
10. Stir before drinking to maintain consistency
