This fresh mediterranean wrap combines creamy hummus, grilled chicken, crisp vegetables, and tangy feta cheese for a quick, nutritious lunch that’s ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
3 tablespoons hummus
4 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
1 cup mixed greens
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon red onion, minced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Lay tortilla flat on clean work surface
2. Spread hummus evenly in center of tortilla, leaving 2-inch border
3. Layer mixed greens over hummus base
4. Add sliced chicken in even layer over greens
5. Distribute diced tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion over chicken
6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over vegetables
7. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with oregano and pepper
8. Fold bottom edge up over filling, then fold in sides
9. Roll tightly from bottom to top, tucking sides as you roll
10. Cut diagonally in half and serve immediately
