Description
This viral cottage cheese wrap uses just cottage cheese and eggs to create a flexible, high-protein wrap with over 25 grams of protein per serving, perfect for healthy meal prep.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (small curd preferred)
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray for parchment
Parchment paper for baking
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line quarter sheet pan with parchment paper
2. Spray parchment paper thoroughly with cooking spray
3. Add cottage cheese, eggs, and all seasonings to blender or food processor
4. Blend for 60 seconds until completely smooth with no lumps remaining
5. Pour batter onto prepared parchment paper
6. Spread evenly with offset spatula to consistent thickness
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and lightly golden around edges
8. Cool completely on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes
9. Carefully peel wrap from parchment paper
10. Add desired fillings and roll or fold as preferred
11. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for later use
